Other Brand and Comparison

Due to maca's amazing effects on human body, maca is gradually being recognized and consumed all over the planet. There are many different brands of maca on the market now, and we will explain why Maca La Molina is the superior product over the rest of the competitors.

In order to provide the superior quality gelatinized Maca La Molina, we followed a strict regulation of manufacturing FDA approved drugs to make our vitamin supplement such as Maca. The process is as followed:

1. Selection in Plant
To process Maca La Molina, we first select the raw material (the plant) carefully to pick out the immature and undesirable product from our production line.

2. Storage Quarantine
We isolate our selected plants in a quarantined location where the plants will not be infected with disease and toxic while waiting for the following treatment.

3. Weight
Maca plant quality can be identified by their weight. Too light in weight means the plant is still immature. At this stage, the selection process is once again performed. Reason is that the immature maca plant does not provide it's nutritional value at it's full degree which may result in degrade of our product.

4. Washed - Selection
After weighing process, we will transfer maca plant (the raw materil) into our production facility for the initial washing to clean off the unnecessary dirt on the root. Followed by the washing, another level of selection is taken place due to some degraded raw materials may not be easily identify with dirt on the roots.

5. Disinfection
This process clean and disinfect the raw material.

6. Crushing & Drying
Followed by the disinfection, the raw materials are crushed and dried to prepare for the Gelatinization process. This is a patented and exclusive process owned by University of La Molina, which differentiates Maca La Molina from all other brand. This is also the process, which made our 500mg tablet equally nutritionally valuable to 5 plus tablets of any other brands on the market.

7. Extrusion
This is the Gelatinization process. It is a type of cooking process to obtain the valuable nutrition from the maca plant and exclusion of the unwanted materials.

8. Fine milling
After the Maca is gelatinized, the fine milling process produce fine powdery Maca which then developed into 500mg tablets.

9. Packaging
Maca La Molina are packaged into 100 tablets of 500mg per tablet bottle. Finally all bottles are sealed before storage.
